What do you like best about VeriTouch?
Good Support is provided to Dynamics/GP for Integration.It is Stable system and runs good on Defined load Condition.it manages the Data and Consolidate it and reduces the Burden on Sales and marketing Team and Improves in Dynamic Growth.It provides Numerous Customization possibilities.
What do you dislike about VeriTouch?
VeriTouch is not easy to learn for New users.Simpler UI will help alot to improve this Application. All other Things are very useful and overall it is very Supportive and supports multiple Features.
What problems is VeriTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves my Alot of Time and Consolidate all Data at one Place. It is very supportive and Milestone in Field of Sales .It is CRM driven Integration for Existing Dynamic Deployments.

While VeriTouch has a user-friendly interface in general, some users may find the initial learning curve to be a little high, especially when researching and applying advanced features and customization possibilities.
What problems is VeriTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many firms deal with client data that is dispersed across multiple systems, making it difficult to obtain a holistic view of customers. VeriTouch centralizes consumer data, allowing organizations to access and manage data in a single location. This unified picture allows for better consumer understanding, tailored interactions, and more targeted marketing strategies.

It saves me a lot of time, and helps with the analytics as well (saving money) VeriTouch
What do you like best about VeriTouch?
I like that they have good customer service and a good solutions centre. I like how the software manages and consolidates my data and with a few clicks I can get useful reports to help me have a better understanding of what's going on
What do you dislike about VeriTouch?
There are a lot of features which is great but I think for me it would be helpful to have some simplicity tailored into the software - simpler ways of producing reports, less options if that makes sense? Maybe a slightly different organizational interface.
What problems is VeriTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veritouch helps consolidate and organize my data effectively so I don't spend hours doing admin work and research.

Dynamics GP integration
What do you like best about VeriTouch?
Support is average for the type of integration platform that it provides to Dynamics/GP, Overall impressions are a stable system and a reasonable load of resources that are required to run it. Documentation and resources for deployment are available and are not difficult to understand if one is somewhat familiar with GP and Dynamics solutions or add-ons.
What do you dislike about VeriTouch?
Not a regular user of veritouch, issues seem to stem from the learning curve of the environment for new or unfamiliar users. Most issues stem from being made to support an X++ based platform (Dynamis, so there is a steep learning curve for automating and scripting for those unfamiliar with that type of programming/scripting language)
What problems is VeriTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's a CRM engagement integration for Dynamics for environments that require Dynamics or have existing Dynamics deployments. Some of the features not offered by default by Dynamics allow for streamlined processes by adding onto the existing CRM structure.
