VeraCore was a great tool built by a small team decades ago, back when it was called ProMail. The tool was fairly easy to pick up and had a motivated set of individuals all pushing for the same idea: let's make a great service. VeraCore was bought out by Advantive, and has seemingly washed itself down a toilet bowl.

Until the team makes significant change to their mentality on how to operate, this negative review will remain in place.

The team that handles VeraCore develops patches that solve one issue yet create 3 others in the process. The standard response time (as described directly from Advantive's team while on a call with them) is 7 business days, and their biggest goal for the year is to get response times down to a resounding 5 business days. We would lose and are currently in jeopardy of losing our existing clientele by back-booking ourselves for weeks going on months with Advantives elementary level of knowledge and support for their product. It is a shame to see VeraCore in its current state. Do not look into this service under any circumstances, they do not deserve your business.
