Veeva Vault QMS review - User friendly and easy to implement QMS system to manage the quality documents efficiently. I like the user interface including the ease of working in the system, creating documents and document management since I use the system frequently.

The QMS system is well designed to the needs that there is hardly anything to dislike.

Veeva Vault QMS is helping manage all the quality documents including SOP, QA, QC documentation.

Veeva Vault QMS is easy to use and very fast smooth interface. It can be easily integrated with other Veeva software.

Some features overlap with other Veeva solutions hence it can become confusing for businesses to decide which tool/solution to use. Also, the Veeva platform is on the pricy side.

Veeva Vault QMS provides best in industry cloud based quality management platform. We use it for effective management of written standards. In pharma industry it is challenging to maintain a GxP system, Veeva Vault QMS provides an auditable tool for SOP management and also to manage E2E change control. In case there is a downtime, Veeva has a global support page that shows live status of servers, thus we can immediately know if the issue is on our end or from Veeva's end.

Veeva Vault Quality Management system houses all quality information, including quality events, CAPAs and deviations. It's a repository for all quality related information/issues. It's also a great way to track this information and observe any trends.

It takes a little bit to get used to. When Quality Events, CAPAs and deviations are enetred, there are many fileds that are required in the electronic form and the form cannot be saved if required information is missing.

Veeva vault QMS is a repository for all quality information that can be reviewed and approved by Quality Assurance. It shows compliance issues and trends can be discovered if multiplte quality events/CAPAs or deviations are about the same issue. It's also a way to track issues and corrective/preventative methods that are used to fix or mitigate the issues.

Overall Workflow for all Quality Procedures (Risk management, CAPA, Audit, Training ) is very convenient and per regulatory process.

I like that most pharma and biotech companies use this product so that there is an easy integration process. Overall,Veeva Vault QMS is easy to use and makes storing documents and associated files a breeze.

I don't like that there may be some slight differences offered depending on which pharma or biotech is using this software.

The same as mentioned before. There may be slight differences in features offered between companies with an identical layout.

I like the factor how Veeva vault turned the documentation part easy and trackable for us.

Sometimes there is a technical glitch in Veeva vault, the search option will not work. Even though the document is available in Veeva, when we search the file will not be visible.

Mainly all our documentation has become online by using Veeva vault instead of time consuming offline paper documentation. It is super convenient and remotely we can carryout all the activities.

MOst efficient reporting system and real-time build-in the workflow which can be customized as per the requirement of the sponsor. The Audit trail feature makes it easier to ensure the Quality process is maintained and followed as per SOP. Easy navigation within the system and an amazing vendor relationship. Reports are quite visual which makes them presentable. Their Flash report feature would generate a report and send it as per the team needs which can quarterly, bi-weekly.

Too many steps to get something in approval. This sometimes makes it very documentative and confusing rather than making it more simple.

The setup is tedious but it is necessary to ensure the sponsor requirements are met and understood to give what is expected. The milestones, forms are customized as per requirements. Workflows can be developed to make process and risk management easy.

Quality, time management, ensuring everything is at one location and inspection ready, a good collaborative tool where vendors, labs all can work into.

Veeva's platform is pretty easy to navigate. For more basic functions, it's simple to use.

It's not the platform itself but rather how you customize it, it can be made complicated.

The Veeva team is really helpful. They provided everything needed during implementation.

Ensuring that quality documents are in one central location, ensuring that all documents are there, and saving space in shared drives that were being used before.
