Sprig is easy to launch and update as needed on a variety of sites all connected to one single profile. We have loved working with the Sprig team and they are always incredibly responsive to our needs and questions.
Our team has gained valuable insight into customer satisfaction and we love the ability to gather verbatim feedback without launching a whole external user study or email campaign. The Sprig dashboard also provides response summaries which are awesome when you want to view high level feedback at a glance.
For our current uses, there is not much to dislike about the product. As a product owner I am able to gather all of the information that I need from the current dashboard. My developers had some trouble with the implementation initially but it got resolved quickly!
Data driven prioritization and Voice of the Customer feedback. Previously, we had no idea what customers thought of our site experience. Now we receive hundreds of responses per week.
I love how easy it is for potential participants to access and complete.
I don't really have any dislikes but I would love improvements in integrations such as User Interviews and would love to see MTUs not counting towards tests that have been completed (should be automatic)
Sprig helps us get to our customers more quickly which hasn't always been the easiest thing for us to do. This allows us to get feedback quickly which lends to us understanding and iterating earlier than we would have without it.
Sprig is integral part of our Product Discvery and user satisifaction process.
- AI insights
- CSAT
- NPS
- UX interview recruitment.
Best in class - customer success team. They really make sure your questions and needs are taken care of
Not major but Rudderstack - Sprig connection could be smoother.
For the product / design org, Sprig is our key tool for helping validate our product hypothesis. CSAT collect, UX interview recruitment.
Sprig's AI analysis helps our research team jump-start our analyses, which empowers us to capture the heart of user feedback quickly while giving us more time to dig for deeper nuance and ultimately craft more powerful user stories.
It can be difficult to understand whether response quotas are met, particularly for surveys involving multiple segments. However, Sprig introduced new features recently that have made this a little easier, like results filters and displaying missingness information, and generally the team seems very responsive to feedback.
Sprig allows us to hear from the right users at the right time. Targeting a specific audience is so easy that since adopting Sprig, we've roughly doubled the frequency of our surveys. We also are now starting to use Sprig to collect data about features that haven't fully launched yet. Because we can target based on LaunchDarkly flags, we can now provide qualitative insights when A/B testing, which helps our product team refine solutions more efficiently.
Adding a trigger and filter for who will see the survey is dead easy - I can do everything I want to be able to do when designing and deploying a survey. The engineering effort is also much lower than our previous method (I've been told), which is great news. Literally 3 weeks to build a custom survey with our old system, vs 1 engineer day with Sprig.
The real game-changer with Sprig is just how much easier it is to get feedback. It's not like an email campaign where you send it out to 10,000 people and you better hope the survey is perfect. Instead, you can show the survey to 300 in the first week, iterate on the questions and then expand it out to 700 the next week. It's just a much more helpful interface - it really fits better with modern product and design practice, which helps Researchers provide rich, useful data in a timely manner.
It's also obviously possible to ask highly contextual questions - that are SO HARD to ask about with any other type of survey. The fact that the questions live right in your product, and can be triggered by specific behaviour is incredibly valuable!
The interface is a bit confusing - I wish I didn't have to click "Edit" to see the survey, and that instead it was just a tab next to "Summary" and "Responses" - it feels strange to go into an entirely separate view to see the questions / audience. This is pretty nitpicky, though, and I'm sure the team is evolving the interface to find the best way to present info!
I also wish it would let me do a bit more with the data - like I can see the response rate, but seeing how many people are "seeing" the survey is also helpful to know how many people even meet the criteria - it's a little view into feature usage, but that info gets lost in the current data visualization functionality.
Making it easier to show a survey to a specific population based on a specific trigger to talk to the users we need to hear from! This is fundamental to good software design, so it's great that the tool exists to enable it.
Incredibly flexible and easy to use tool. The no code events are amazing and allow for hyper targeted survey sends. Lots of new products being shipped all the time.
New replays function is neat but could use additional features that make analysis easier.
Sprig let's us more easily survey users and do so at the right time (when they make specific actions). In product surveys are also much faster and efficient than email.
- Very intuitive interface to set up surveys
- Very straightforward UI to underestand survey results, even for our non-survey savvy team members
- Supportive customer success team who are always responsive for our questions
The response rate is not very high, but it may due to out limitation for our population and running multiple surveys. Would love to get more help about survey best practices from Sprig-maybe based on your observations of the industry best practices
Getting user feedback on product features
We've had Sprig for about a year now and we're overall pretty happy with it. It's been generally easy to use after some intitial technical setup which required engineering help.
The AI summaries and themes are pretty accurate and save a ton of time over manually reading and categorizing feedback.
We've seen much higher response rates through in-app surveys (10-30%) as opposed to email where we'd see maybe 1 or 2%.
Frequently updates with new features, especially AI-related ones.
The support has been great too. We have a shared Slack channel for questions and the team is usually very quick to respond.
There's a lot room for improvement in the reporting. Could use some slight UI enhancements like simply pinning studies to the home dashboard or top of the list so you see how they're progressing at a glance.
Sprig has allowed us to move away from old fashioned email surveys. Email was a very congested channel at our company and our response rates weren't great. We see sometimes 10x higher response rates in Sprig and the in-app surveys are easier to deploy than email.
The UI is intuitive, the data is visualized in an extremely visually pleasant and easy to comprehend way, and the insights I've been able to share to various teams because of Sprig have been actionable and interesting.
Some features are being rolled out a little slow (like mobile prototype testing) but will surely be worth the wait.
Sprig helps us solve what may have previously been an impossible question: Learning user sentiments regarding various product features in the moment rather than weeks or months later in a paid research environment that can yield skewed, biased data.
This is immensely benefical to help guide product roadmaps, design direction, and brand awareness.

Sprig has helped our product teams natively integrate in-app surveys and get feedback right within our products. This has helped shorten the time we need to understand the impact of new features and keep an open channel for real-time feedback from our users
We would love for Sprig to integrate more easily with other tools natively out of the box to help us bring together customer insights from a multitude of channels.
Shortening the time it takes for us to get feedback from our users and improving the response rates.
