We use Dynamic Environment Manager(DEM) to store user profile configurations. It centralizes the management of user profiles. DEM simplifies the burden of implementing High level GPOs. For all the uses we implement DEM policies instead of GPOs.
DEM profile storage is expensive. And also it has less configuration options compared to FSLogix from Microsoft. FSLogix is very user friendly compared to DEM. DEM management console is also not that great.
