The AI 'customer service' rep is kind of annoying. There should be a way to contact a real person quickly if the AI is not giving satisfactory guidance. Give a way to contact live support, without having to go multiple rounds with the AI. Also, the postage pricing estimates that they provide are not always accurate and I've had some surprise invoices after asking them to forward/ship some of my physical mail to me. This was disappointing.

This is a complete and reliable service. They receive my mail, show me frontal scans, and then open and scan mail by request. I can request that they forward mail to addresses in the US or even send checks to deposit in my bank. I am an American expat living abroad. This service does everything I need it to do for me.

I have not had any real issues with US Global Mail. A few times, the scans were a bit off, but I was still able to work with the results.

I am frustrated by the individual fees for each package that I return through US Global Mail. The $5 fee per package adds up quickly, especially when I have multiple packages, resulting in higher costs than I would prefer. I recently sold my apartment and moved to Germany. I absolutely needed a virtual mail box because my local post office did not have any free mail boxes. I love the fact that US Global Mail forwards incoming checks to my bank. I use that company almost every day. The website is fairly easy to use although the interface can sometimes a bit confusing. But I depend on their excellent work and their customer support is first rate.

I once added another person and their validation process became difficult when their ID reader could not manifest the correct address on the other person's ID card./
