It would be handy to have the availability to share documents via email instead of only in chat - or accept meetings outside of the video conferencing in Upwork which can be more convenient to clients without having your profile flagged for noncompliance.

Upwork can improve in how clients invite and post job without hiring and wasting one connect

Before I joined Upwork, one of my biggest challenges was finding reliable clients and projects that matched my skills. Traditional job hunting was stressful and often came with uncertainty about payments and trust.

I applied for one job that ended up being a scam. Buying connects to apply for jobs can be a little cumbersome, but overall not a bad way for them to monetize their site. I'm not ready to commit to their Freelancer Plus plan. They also take a 15% cut of all your earnings.

Ultimately, Upwork offers the flexibility, security, and administrative efficiency my business needs to thrive in our crazy fluctuating market.
