Can be hard to get ahold of an actual person when it comes to customer service or complaints. Other than that there are really no complaints from me. I would say coinbase and Uphold are some of the best.

Little to no commission fees. A big deterrent for myself (and many others) with trading platforms is the fees they charge you. The commission is embedded so you don't notice it when buying.
