You can easily develope a basic AR VR application even you are not have much knowledge of programming.

Its really a heavy tool you need 8gb with i5 on your system for good performance.

The ability to manage our projects from different angles (work breakdown estimations, completion of items, forecasting) and the flexible options for templates.

There is not much to dislike, but I think the forecasting features can be further developed.

Start with the basic implementation and grow from there. Don't try to implement everything on day 1.

Better insights in project delivery and actionable triggers to improve our processes.

The software and User Interface is very user friendly and keeps everything in D365. As an APSA Implementation Consultant, the easiest part of the process is getting buy in from the client because it's so easy for them to track time and the software does the rest.

There are only few documentations that cover some of the functions of APSA. Unless you are an expert is very scenario, it is sometimes hard to troubleshoot some common issues or cases.

The best part using the Unit4 PSA suite is you'll always have support 24/7 when you need it. They are the type of people that won't go dark on you when something rises up.

Accurate Time tracking and reporting with End Users. On top of time tracking - lightweight Project Management. It's very easy to see Profit Margin for Projects and most up to date data.

Our company exist more than 20 years. During these years my profession as a time and material consultancy organization never changed. During these years we had multiple different software vendors to support hour business process but hey all failed. Unit4 PSA suite is buildup from the core of professional services. With the power to execute on innovation they constantly innovate the solution to my customer needs.

Sometime the organization is so entousiastic about new possibilities en features there roadmap can shift a bit. But the outcome is still perfect.

Just pilot the software

Before we had no overview on our resources. Nether we had a clear overview of our forecasting.

I like that I am able to effectively manage resources which helps me to keep track of what I am doing. Also, it is user friendly.

I had no issues using this software. It was easy to use especially since my professor showed me how to use it.

I've used it in a classroom setting so I can understand how PSA can be beneficial to companies by properly managing budget which could help to reduce cost.

It's ease of use and the functionality of the program

It exceeds the expectations for mailings, marketing campaigns, and turning leads into opportunities which are discovered in CRM. It provides the functionality to transform opportunities into projects. You can now calculate your hours or plan your projects just with a few mouse clicks.

The user interface is powerful. You are immediately used to the screens and the way of working. Unit4 also has a vision about where they want to go with the solution. This promises much in the digital and automated future. For example the digital assistant and the self-driving software.

There are so many ways to use the software and there's a lot of functionality. Especially now, we are implementing, it is sometimes difficult to estimate what to use and how to use the software. Fortunately, we g=have fine support for that.

All parts in 1 package, HRM, Projects, Hours and Financials

The English manual. I would like to have the manual and other documents in Dutch.

I liked best the seamless integration with the O365 suite. Singel sign on for your CRM, projects, and billing. User-friendly customization to screens and user-friendly way to customize dashboards and screens for end-users.

Response times of screens sometimes are a bit long. Changing layouts for reports (e.g. invoices) requires knowledge of Microsoft reporting service and for most companies, therefore, you need a consultant/developer to implement changes.

We consolidated from 3 tools to 1 for project management/billing/CRM. No more mismatch between systems. And retrieving of data is much easier.
