UniPoint does the job
What do you like best about uniPoint?
You can do reports really easy and you can migrate your lists into an Excel spreadsheet without difficulty.
What do you dislike about uniPoint?
The Training seems to be not as easy to work with as Veeva. Documentation is better than the training but still doesn't seem to be as easy as Veeva.
What problems is uniPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?
Works well with tracking Audits and also works well with QA Inspections, Nonconformances and Corrective Actions.

After using uniPoint for awhile, it is an easy software
What do you like best about uniPoint?
I like the white tabs of the modules or reports that you choose. To me, they stand out.
What do you dislike about uniPoint?
That you can't have two tabs opened at the same time.
What problems is uniPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep compliance with IATF 19646.

Unipoint is a Great Tool for Quality Control
What do you like best about uniPoint?
The organization of the files for inspection makes it easy to find the model number. Also, Quality reports can be attached to the inspection record for review.
What do you dislike about uniPoint?
Unipoint is a great tool, but the navigation is not the most user-friendly. When I first started using Unipoint, it took me almost 3 days to figure out how to search for inspection records.
Recommendations to others considering uniPoint?
Sit with someone and have them teach you how to navigate each field.
What problems is uniPoint solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing all of our Quality reports from suppliers to keep up to date quality inspection records.
