Some steps have a trick to them and get a little complicated, but it's something that can be solved.

Uniflow Delivers on Secure and Smart Print Management

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

I really like how easy it is to manage everything from one place. Being able to print securely from any device and track who’s printing what helps keep things organized and saves paper too. It just makes office printing way less of a headache.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

I don't dislike anything about Uniflow. I haven't found any flaws about it.

What problems is uniFLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helps us cut down on wasted printing and keeps documents secure with pull printing. It also makes it easier to track print usage across departments, so we can manage costs better. Overall, it saves time, reduces hassle, and gives us more control over our print environment.

Love Uniflow

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

I love the security of it, and it also saves me the time of inputting data.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

nothing so far, I am still new to uniflow however it is so far good.

What problems is uniFLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?

The benefits I have realized are that with uniflow, I can delete print jobs after a while and also save money as it reduces color printing to black and white.

uniFLOW is a really amazing solution that tackles all of our printing needs

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

How well uniFLOW allows multiple Canon machines and seamlessly brings them together so that our staff can go to whichever machine is closest, enter their credentials or swipe their badge, and their job is released.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

With the uniFLOW server software, sometimes it's difficult to troubleshoot issues, especially when it comes to scanning.

Recommendations to others considering uniFLOW?

If your staff is unsure about which printer to print to, if you are looking for a centralized printer management or even central scanning, uniFLOW fits the bill for us.

What problems is uniFLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now able to have our staff print to a single printer and release the job at any machine. This relieved the headaches of them not knowing which machine they were looking to print to or even trying to develop a standard machine naming convention.

Super easy to use

This is one of my favourite programs and I love the interface and ease of it

It takes a bit to boot up and load on my computer but I think that’s the wifi

Uniflow serves the purpose, good to use

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

They seem to work well - very few jams and easy to service. Goes to all copiers in one shot in les than 30 seconds.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

You can run cost centers, build groups.

Nothing to dislike according to me, the updates sent away the few glitches that it had.

We used this to print team related confidential information like the client’s details.

Sometimes, face some jams! But that is still okay

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

UniFLOW works well, I haven’t had any issues with it. Can integrate automatic Cost Centers with a database (I have a custom Client Matter database in SQL. I created a View and set up a scheduled update of uniFLOW). Easy.

They have two interface options: Legacy and Modern. The Modern interface looks nice and is what you'd expect from a product developed in 2017. Except,

Positive experiences with uniflow

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

I like being able to wirelessly print and scan documents. This way they are exactly where I need them when I need them.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

We occasionally lose connection, but that may be due to the internet connection required.

What problems is uniFLOW solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows for seamless transfer between electronic and paper copies in education.

Powerful Workflow

What do you like best about uniFLOW?

uniFLOW by Canon has a great admin interface and very powerful workflow options.

What do you dislike about uniFLOW?

The desktop scanner can be used with a copier-style interface which is excellent for employees who always, scan mail, and others.
