It cannot be easy to customize reports on your own.

Keeping track of projects from start to finish. Analytic dashboards help Project Managers keep up to date with their projects and Upper Management to see how things are going.

Timesheet entry is so easy. We used to do them in Excel and then the office manager had to enter them all by hand.

It took us a while to integrate it and to get our letterhead to look correct when we printed invoices.

Our project managers can easily look at what's been billed against our fee.

From a financial point of view, it is easy to invoice clients wih ease and in a timely manner to create better cash flow.

Custom Reporting.

It would be better if every module was available at the same time. It is limited to what I can add to the reports I need.

One of the main positives of Unanet is being able to do everything with just this program. I am used to having multiple software and excel to do my work but no other programs are needed with Unanet.

The downside is the UI could be better. I wish it was easier to navigate through Unanet without having to contact support to do simple things such as making a change from a previous year.

We initially chose AE ERP because of the cost but quickly learned the product's value was an excellent investment. The software has helped us create efficiencies within our office. I also like that AE allows you to request updates within the support center. Users (across the country) can vote on the items listed by users, which the development team uses to prioritize updates.

There are options to pull in data fields throughout the software, but I have found that it would be helpful if additional tables were drawn into the options menu.

AE ERP has helped us to make the move to a paperless environment. Documents are easily uploaded to the system and readily accessible to those with access. This option has helped us create efficiencies and prioritize other business areas.

The ability to develop robust custom solutions. It is a common thread of Unanet users that they are amazed at how flexible the system can be made to tailor their needs.

Consistency could be prioritized so that different screens of Unanet comply with a similar layout, and users do not need to go searching for the same functions that have been moved around to different locations.

Aggregating massive amounts of business data in a single and central authority. Unanet allows users to eliminate rogue Excel spreadsheets so that information is contained within one source of truth.

I like the ease with which many features get the job done. I also really enjoy that it is a one-stop-shop for our needs.

There isn't always a clear indication of how long something will take to load.

Invoicing! The accounting applets have essentially saved me so much time, and working with our PMs is a breeze

With hundreds of projects and five offices our managers need to stay current on the status of their work and have the tools to develop new proposals. InFocus is indispensable for personnel management and project performance. Plus it provides financial statement and accounting data that is crucial for senior management and independent accountants. The data available and the variety of the reports are limitless. Also, our clients want their invoices and reports in a wide variety of styles. The open structure and adaptability of the InFocus system is a constant marvel at design and intuition.

We worked with Clearview for a couple of months in order to transfer our existing clients, projects, time records and accounting records to our new system. With over 16,000 historical projects and a current work in process in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, we matched to the penny. Working with them is a pleasure.

Getting the other folks in our offices to accept and learn this new system

Best decision we made. There may be comparable products out there, but I seriously doubt there is anything better. If there was a better product or solution, these folks would match or exceed it.
