I love the support they give to their customers as well as the ease of SMS marketing! It's not hard to use and the basic plan is great for beginners it definitely helped me recover a lot of abandoned carts. If you're trying to scale your business it will definitely help you a lot highly recommend.

What I love the most about Txtcart is that it took less than 30 minutes to set everything up, and within 24 hours, I had already seen an increase in sales from cart recovery. There isn't much to dislike other than they are only on Shopify. I have a few other businesses that aren't built on Shopify and we could quickly get 10x returns if we used their conversational sms for retention and lead generation.

It's easy to use. I just installed the TxtCart app to my Shopify store and shopping cart recovery was almost instantaneously up and running. Plus the ability to create SMS marketing campaigns around the holidays drives so much revenue for my business. Truly a game changer.

Not really any complaints here. I'd love to expand to international texting and my other storefronts, which isn't possible yet. But the development team has told me it's on their roadmap, so it may already be being resolved.

Recovering lost revenue. You don't really know how much your abandoned shopping carts are worth out there until you start recovering them. & the ROI on using TxtCart is 10x+.
