I think the UI could be enhanced slightly to make it a bit more friendly to use for a beginner. There are a few team members who appreciate ease of use as it helps with training and the ability for everybody to pick it up and use it more.

It's solving the compliance issue that takes up quite a bit of time to do if you're doing it manually. InclusiveDocs just makes this process so much more simpler and easier. It's like as if you have a team member that's doing all the compliance work for you.

I attempted to reach customer service once and was on a long wait. So this is something that they could work on to improve when they need to be reached.

Putting PDF's together and using turn-page to assist in that. Helpful in making a better presentation of information. The end product is nice. Benefits are the convenience of the product.
