Trulia is user friendly for buyers and sellers
What do you like best about Trulia?
The most helpful about Trulia is that the information is up to date. Any changes price, status etc its coming up ASAP
What do you dislike about Trulia?
What is least helpful is that sometimes the information is inaccurate ie real estate taxes, square footage etc.
What problems is Trulia solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trulia is sometimes ahead of the MLS so the information is readily available.

Nice app for renting or buying
What do you like best about Trulia?
This one shows prices according to the requirements. Shows school rating and crime percentage of the area which is almost accurate.
What do you dislike about Trulia?
Sometimes it is not updated. So when we call agent they say that house is already rented out. But it will still show as available.
Recommendations to others considering Trulia?
Give this app a try to find best location for your new home.
What problems is Trulia solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it for renting and planing to buy house. It has mortgage calculater too.

Good Platform
What do you like best about Trulia?
Trulia is up there with the rest of the real estate platforms I love it cause you have a variety of selection for finding properties and agents as well as for sale by owners who want to sell and you can do business direct with them with no agent.
What do you dislike about Trulia?
No downsides for trulia I think they should update their website when properties are expired or sold.

Easy to search, very comprehensive overviews of properties

I like how detailed it gets. It even ranks things like school district that may not be top of everyone's mind, but should be.

The filters could be a bit more specific

Create different lists and saved searches to make it easy to go back and compare.

What do you like best about Trulia?
Trulia was very helpful for looking for properties / houses that were on the market. Similar to other listing websites, but was very easy to maneuver around.
What do you dislike about Trulia?
Not sure if this is a dislike, but I used the website more on computer than my iphone. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but was more user based - probably should have downloaded the app and I would have used it more.

Very easy to use and find potential properties using the Trulia website.

What do you like best about Trulia?
The simple yet robust interface. There have been multiple occasions where they had many homes other searches did not provide.
What do you dislike about Trulia?
Lacking of commercial listings, I have a lot of commercial buyers who are always having a difficult time finding properties.

Just do it, it's worth it if you don't need your hand held.
