Forecasting & reporting this two functions i liked most. Because before happening anything, we can take actions.

Quick analysis i dislike it. Because every time I open any quick analysis it remains open and not getting closed. If I opened 2nd quick analysis then it show previous one.
What problems is TrueSight Capacity Optimization solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT infrastructure related problems like if they are over utilizing their resources or not at all utilizing any resources. Using TSCO we can tell them how to manage their resources properly.

It is an excellent tool that allows obtaining performance or business data from different sources, both direct and indirect, although for me it is better if there is the possibility of doing it with indirect sources since that allows us to focus on the metrics and not on being aware of the operation of local agents
What do you dislike about TrueSight Capacity Optimization?
Some tool options may not be so intuitive for a novice user, such as creating dashboards or "Out of the box" reports.

If the manufacturer added some assistants or tooltips, it could be very useful

TrueSight Capacity Optimization needs a potential for user design. It would be better if it had an interface that makes it easier to access all the information and features for capacity optimization.
What do you dislike about TrueSight Capacity Optimization?
For beginners it needs to be beneficial to have user friendly options when creating dashboards or generating ready made reports that it lacks. It would be helpful if the tool automatically closed after analysis of remaining open.

TrueSight Capacity Optimization lacks user features and presents an interface, which make it difficult for new users to navigate. Another area of improvement is the lack of documentation and customer support as users are left on their own to figure out how the tool works.
