What do you like best about Truelink Media?

All the features in their Saas are best in terms of usability. their layout builder and other feature are promising for the advertising and information sharing industry in the 21st century

At some point, the system needs some improvement.

What problems is Truelink Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are always in touch with me for feedback. and I am happy with their customer service and response. they have solved all my problems which was occurred in the Truelink media player.

But truelink media is consist of great user experience as it solves and defines the ease of use Classic ux and easy to use with great sustainability

What do you like best about Truelink Media?

I like the whole ecosystem of the product as they are providing hardware and software both to play an advertisement or any content on my tv screens. Even i m able to create the content in the webapp itself with animations and plugins and also they provide templates for that.

What do you dislike about Truelink Media?

Recommendations to others considering Truelink Media?

Other best thing i like is the sustainability of the player. I am having 5 tv screens with 5 player attached and i m using it since 6 months and still they are working great. no need to restart and no hardware failure as compare to other digital signages.

What problems is Truelink Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thin i dislike is that there are few plugins. I told them as a customer feedback and they are rekeasing some interactive plugins in January

Solves my Digital Signage needs

What do you like best about Truelink Media?

I like the features they provide and the smooth experience the software gave me makes my work easy and specially they have done very good work on templates and one of the best scheduler they provide and really like that conflict solver in scheduler.

What do you dislike about Truelink Media?

And that quick response on android is amazing.

Recommendations to others considering Truelink Media?

Not that much downsides found in this but I thank they are ok ok in giving usage documentation, As Software engineer I understood every thing and how things work in builder, scheduler but don't know abound what happen is totally non-technical person use this. as Grown up company they will defiantly do something about this in near future.

What problems is Truelink Media solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage 50 Digital Signage in Ahmedabad and I found this company, they have amazing price as compare to others and they have one of the best software experience among every demo I took from different companies.
