trueCommerce EDI has been great for us with its amazing customer service. It helps us streamline our EDI with our trading partner much better than other EDI software we've used before. The cost is less than half, which is a big plus. Transmitting data with our trading partner has been simplified. The software makes it simple to send invoices and receive orders, and it allows us to receive EDI information like POs and get confirmation on order status and shipping information. The initial setup was very easy, and we had assistance from the trueCommerce team.

I wish there was a way that once we send an invoice, it would remove that order from our open received orders.

I find trueCommerce EDI great for simplifying data transmission and order management. It's affordable and makes sending invoices and receiving orders easy.

I like trueCommerce EDI for its seamless integration in managing third-party partners' orders efficiently. It allows me to easily export and acknowledge orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication. The ability to update prices smoothly is valuable, making sure that the information stays accurate and up to date throughout the order process. It really streamlines order management, reduces errors, and improves collaboration with our partners. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy, I’d rate it a 9 out of 10.

The user interface could be more intuitive to speed up the navigation and reduce learning curve for new users. Additionally, faster processing times during acknowledging it on the inbox, especially when handling large volumes of transactions and improved customization options for reporting.

What I like best about TC EDI is their ease of integration & onboarding with other companies' EDI platform, streamlining our order process and order-issue resolving/notification, and lastly, their support dashboard easily allows me to articulate my issues and have TC's Team come in and resolve my issues.

At times I have found TC EDI's pricing to not be indicative of the work performed, specifically for one-time/additional fees, not for ongoing contracts. I think a more robust AI, analyzing my transactions and catching errors after the fact would be nice.

TC EDI daily solves any issues we encounter tied to placing orders, receiving them into our ERP system, exporting them back out to TC EDI, sending them to customers, and correcting any template, order, or pricing issues we find.

True Commerce's support team has always been the best - common folks who we can clearly communicate with and quickly understand the issue and find the resresolution in a timely manner.

There's not much to dislike - but if being forced to pick an item - my least favorite is the initial cost of adding a trading partner. Since this is the biggest upfront charge - no one likes it.

True Commerce allows purchase orders to be directly inserted into our software.... once billed they allow us to provide shipping details and invoices directly into our customer's software - an easy and seamless process that reduces errors and cuts down on administrative tasks in the long run.
