Just how simple it is to use. I recently did an impromptu teaching session with an older employee - and they caught in very quickly. Everything is pretty intuitive - and once you get some templates set up, it's easy to create new and varied content.

The main downside is the speed / snappiness of the website. You can tell it was built on some older infrastructure. Other apps feel more snappy and changes don't take nearly as long to make as TruDigital. But once you get a feel for the speed, it isn't so bad.

We were trying to figure out a way to communicate with our floor employees - and having TVs set up in the breakrooms with TruDigital has really helped. We've been able to increase our corporate communication - as well as other initiatives in each specific plant.

truDigital makes it easy to run and manage my displays across multiple locations. They've also added the ability to manage my users right in the software, so it's easy to set the access for employees as they join or leave the company.

We're very satisfied with the experience so far.

Easy communication displayed in a very effective way. With the different templates and slide options its easy to attach a rolling safety video or announcement. We have used this platform to communicate important COVID-19 related items to our employees.

It has challenges with the HRD function on the TV so I have to reset it on a weekly basis and I have not been able to overcome this.

Sometimes there is an issue with updates that do not load or save even though I save the changes and confirm changes.

It is best to have a group of users registered to use the service and to make sure that all users are aware of how the templates are set up and managed. It is an excellent tool for communication to your employees.

The customer service is quick and helpful.

I wish the boxes would update every 5 minutes instead of 10. Also, I attached the box to the back of the tv, with the antenna sticking out above, and also the box partially sticking out. From the ground it won't read the remote even though the antenna and part of the box is visible, I have to climb up on my counters and hold the remote right to the box to get it to read. I also have an issue with pdfs not being able to upload, after contacting support they told me to clear my cache and restart my browser. This fixes the issue but then the issue comes right back very quickly. Its constant clearing my cache and restarting the browswer so other things I am working on have to be closed too, which becomes time consuming and a hinderance.

Displaying a large menu with rotating images. The benefits are that it is easy to run and the customer service will help you in a matter of minutes.

Our onboarding and integration process was extremely smooth. We couldn't be happier with how our rep Danielle L helped us through the process. All of the functionality is amazing and easy to use!

Specific modules/widgets needed maintenance when we implemented the TruDigital Unit, but that's a reasonable expectation to have with any technology. The technical support team notified us within a day that the module was up and running!

We never had a good solution for promoting our ever-changing specials at our branch locations. Let alone that we had to rely on the sales staff at each of our stores to update the elementary photo frame solutions we previously had.
