The system was very functional, our hosted instance had very high uptime and was reliable. Changes that were required were almost always possible, for the right price. The API and EDI connections allowed us to update customers on their loads in near real-time.

The system was outdated. The level of training required for new associates to be comfortable in the system was very high compared to other competing systems. Functions within the system did not feel efficient or natural.

I would recommend you ensure that you have the ability to train your staff on a complex system. I could also recommend you have a sizable budget prepared for configuration changes and updates.

The system was meant as a connection between internal departments and external customers. The system was found to be flexible enough to meet our needs. We needed a system that allowed our drivers to update their load status on the go, this solved that need for us. Updates from the drivers app, through Trinium, and to the customer we nearly instant.

It gets the job that needs to be done, done.

Old, slow, outdated. Is not very user friendly. The support team is not very helpful. I can fix problems faster than the support team is able to call me back/ email me back with a solution.

Invoicing is an easy thing to do through trinium- although it is slow. It is reliable but not quick.
