A lot of customization that allowed us to design the study to our specification. The Trialkit team was great at helping and always listens to the customers to their needs and providing a lot of support. With Trialkit team support and how easy it is to use of the platform it was easy to implement the design.

I think the area that can be better about Trialkit is the documentation. Because there are a lot of customization it sometimes can get confusing where the setting is located or what the setting is doing specifically.

Capturing clinical data with Part 11 compliance and allowing us to have adjudication process to our specification.

Easy to use and to make changes on the fly as you build a form. Sometimes changes are needed on the fly to a form and the system allows that flexibility without delays to timelines.

Full control of the build, implementation and easy to integrate ideas into the build.

The App, form builder , conditional actions , autovalidation, field properties, etc...

A few things are not intuitive in building the database.

A cost-effective FDA part 11 compliant EDC for our US studies. We are a start up-resources are not unlimited. Excellent customer service.

TrialKit meets our research study needs. The user interface is great, enabling users to work around the platform easily. Their comprehensive knowledge base comes with AI that can answer your questions directly. Customer support is exceptional! We never had a question that went unanswered, and they also extend 1:1 consultation calls to help you with almost anything.

There is nothing our team dislikes about TrialKit, but we do wish there were other features that they could support, such as an easier way to design the homepage, more flexibility with the dashboard & homepage reports, and more advanced conditional actions.

TrialKit has made managing our data studies significantly easier by providing a centralized platform for data collection. The platform also ensures data integrity and compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, giving us confidence that our datasets are secure and reliable.

The team at Crucial Data Solutions had great customer service. They were promptly and consistently available to provide direct support during our build and throughout the study.

I used TrialKit before TrialKit AI became available. At the time, some of the reporting functionality was cumbersome, making it more difficult to capture key performance metrics for our trial. I look forward to trying the AI tools as we plan for our next study.

TriakKit is a cost-effective, simple EDC solution that fits the needs of a small start-up looking to execute a clinical trial quickly and efficiently.

The system is easy to use when building your own forms, allowing an independent approach if preferred.

It's a great platform. Over the years, the team have been improving the "look and feel" of the platform, which was sometimes clunky before, but now looks very sleek.

Trialkit has given me the flexibility to manage multiple types of studies across all phases of devellopement .Creating eCRFs , ePROs , ClinRos was a breeze and time saving. Whatever building studies for manual data entry or data upload be sure that Crucial team will give you all the resources to facilitate the navigation of the platform and help you achieve short and long term goals for all your studies.

Its also the only EDC that is available through the web and mobille app. TrialKit supports patient-centric remotely as well as site based clinical trials.

Building studies and registries in days ,not weeks and has not only the flexibilty to meet your needs but also making sure that you are supported all the way from start to finish. TrialKit has also a robust reporting and analytics to run your studies yourself, no need to get a second vendor to make sure your patients get paid in a timely fashion as they have an integrated payment manager. TrialKit has also an extensive library with already built forms (eCRFs) that you could custom based on your study need.

I would highly recomend the platform to any pharmaceutical &biotech , Medical Device&Diagnostics and CROs industries as well as Academic Institutions and non profit Organizations.

The TrialKit team is second-to-none when it comes to customer support! The US based team is very resourceful and very responsive. Administrator functionality is inclusive with access to many different dashboards and reports; Sites (end-user) find it simple to use.

System is easy to use with guided system onboarding. Some kinks in the building process, which the team is actively working on updating. Overall, a seamless EDC build process.

TrialKit is providing a CFR part 11 compliant EDC system for a multi-center clinical trial.

It has a bit more customizable options than some EDC systems. The team is responsive and helps to find a solution.

It does not always have an entry level pricing model for small / short / sim,ple studies.

When we have a pickle, they help us get to the bottom of it.
