I don't have to think about it. It's just a place I can quickly log in to check my mail. Faster than walking down the driveway to check a real mailbox.

Unrelenting invoice notifications that are charged to your account without prior notice. You'll rack up (small but) frequent overages if you're not careful.

I can rely on mail while traveling. I don't have to me in any one spot to "do mail" anymore.

The app is useful and easy to use. It's dated, but just useful enough.

The customer service is fast, but ineffective. I had problems using the address. The box number is like a PO box and doesn't always work with companies. Ultimately I wasn't able to use the address for everything. I asked for a scan in December and they charged me for it in January. My request was not in January, so this is annoying. This policy was never explained anywhere while signing up.

Use another provider. It's useful as long as you don't actually need it or any interaction with customer service.
