TransPerfect has an extremely courteous project management team that responds quickly and is ready to assist customers and interpreters. TransPerfect's policies are also clear, as soon as the job is confirmed, the translator will receive the PO immediately, and uploading the invoice is also extremely easy and simple.

Invoice payment at TransPerfect is quite slow and the fees are very high. Currently there is still no payoneer integration or more advanced form of payment. TransPerfect will only pay in dollars, which is quite restrictive for a company that operates globally.

In general, I am quite satisfied working with TransPerfect, unlike other companies that always set extremely low prices to entice customers and then exploit translators. TransPerfect has a reasonable rate for translators to feel satisfied and enough to cover their lives.

Barrier to entry is very low. Inexpensive and contract free pricing and fiarly scalable. Our contact center volume is relatively low (vs giant call centers) and the non-English patron volume is only a fraction of that. So Transperfect is an excellent implementation partner for that.

Admin website, financing, invoices and anything backend is wildly outdated and archaic. Customer support, billing, is extremely slow to respond.
