It's helpful nature and best customer services.

It's very helpful therefore still now I don't find anything that I dislike.

Sometimes it take time but it's very secure and beneficial.

Transferwise allows me to easy hire vendors globally and not have to worry about the problems with currency exchange.

I first started to use TransferWise when I hired a virtual assistant in the Philippines. I couldn't figure out how t pay her without expensive wire transfers until she showed me TransferWise. It's easy to set up, plug in your banking information and where you want the money sent to. TransferWise will determine the exchange rate, your cost for transfer and click send! It takes a couple of minutes to initially set up, but once it's there it can be used for future payments to the same person as well.

There aren't too many moving parts so it's hard to say there is anything to dislike. Money can be sent all over the world and can be receive pretty quickly. I would say that there is nothing really to dislike here.

I simply needed a way to easily and quickly send money to the Phillipines, at a low cost. Some places have low exchange rates and high fees, some have low fees but poor exchange rates. I found TransferWise to be the best of both worlds.

It was relatively simple to set up, with their support staff diligently working to maintain KYC standards.

The customer success support was excellent and responsive.

The fundamental value proposition is that the platform allows you to easily accept foreign currencies without the need to open expensive foreign currency accounts with your incumbent bank, which would typically require you to maintain a minimum balance. Further to this, they facilitate an attractive currency exchange rate, only charging a fair transaction fee. Ultimately, the costs still are below what you would expect to pay with your incumbent bank.

Before I joined and started transacting, I was worried about placing my money in a cloud-based bank, fearing it was a scam. However, with some small test transactions, I was increasingly convinced that not only was this legitimate and secure, the exchange rates were also incredible, and I became a convert.

TransferWise helped my business economically convert foreign currency received from overseas transactions back into my native currency at great rates without the need to set up multiple bank accounts.

If you need to receive another type of currency, you simply click on the new currency and you're effectively good to go.

It's pretty game changing.

Fast and reliable international transfers and way cheaper than using a bank. Clean modern interface too.

They don't pay interest on balances so you still have to use banks,

Saving money on international transfers

Saves our business a good amount of money on currency exchange and fees compared to any previous solutions we had used.

Money is sent extremely quickly compared to other methods.

It's a very simple process to send funds.

Debit cards are available but unfortunately not yet available for our Canadian account.

I'd love to be able to invoice directly from Transferwise.

It would be great if it integrated directly with Quickbooks Online.

It would be helpful to see activity on the account per currency without having to download a statement.

There is a fairly robust screening process for initial setup (which is reassuring but can take a few days). From that point on it's super quick and efficient.

We haven't found any other service that can compete on rates and fees. It's a fantastic solution.

We use Transferwise to receive funds in multiple currencies. We have saved a good amount of money compared to receiving money into a Paypal account or via wire transfers.

The best thing about Transferwise is the availability of different payment options for executing a remittance. I can use credit card, debit card, netbanking or the local market payment options (like iDeal) for making the payment. The other good thing about the tool is that it is fast as well as secure. When I transfer the money, I am assured that the money will definitely reach the recipient on or before the promised time.

The thing I dislike about the tool is that the transaction costs for the tool are bit on the higher side. There are other tools in the market which provide a better exchange rate compared to TransferWise. However I think that is the additional cost one pays for security and speed which Transferwise provides.

Transferwise is helping us in streamlining our foreign payments. We can directly pay the invoices from our foreign suppliers using this tool and be assured that the money will reach the supplier on time. This also gives confidence to the suppliers and helps us in maintaining a cordial relationship with the suppliers.

I needed to pay a vendor based in Cyprus, and the cost of wiring money abroad was high. TransferWise had very low fees, and quickly remitted the money from my US bank account.

I don't think there was anything I disliked. I remember it being very easy to use.
