Best UI UX experience and smooth

PROS: TrakZee is best in UI UX so no need to give detail demo to end-user. Client understands software their self just no need to give detail demo. It's smooth and fast in operation and reporting. It has multiple subcategories in GPS product suits perfectly to FMS industries, School buses, Delivery Vehicles etc.

CONS: Haven't experienced such an issue.

They are doing many upgradation in software but they don't have any system to inform all client about it.

But They told they will improve it.

Easy to start use right away

All features that need for international business

Giving solution to Government Police, Army and ambulance department

"One Click More Information"

What do you like best about Trakzee?

The customer can view many details of the vehicle on single click.

The Dynamic dashboard is more helpful to know the fleet performance for the fleet manager/owner.

What do you dislike about Trakzee?

In the tracking screen, vehicle status pane is not attached to the main pane but that is not much issue.

What problems is Trakzee solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't need to download any report to know the current day performance of the vehicle.

This saved the customer time a lot.

Many features are added that allows you to access lot of information on a single click like Playback, naviagte, share location etc.

The application is user friendly and easy to understand and use.

Best application in vehicle tracking platform. User friendly application. Smooth live tracking feature is amazing. Dashboard is all what a user need the information. Perfect summarisation on dashboard. Reports can be exported in xls and pdf format. Share location of the vehicle is also available.

What do you like best about Trakzee?

They are very good in tracking the customer until they sell the product, later no one cares. By mistake I purchased the product from them.

What do you dislike about Trakzee?

Zero help and service from them. No proper person to respond.

What problems is Trakzee solving and how is that benefiting you?

This product is not resolving the problem. It becomes a big problem if you purchase it.Like I am facing the issue from last one year.No response from them.
