Consistency within the company of how we do purchase orders and what our vendors see. The tracking of materials ordered and reports of current and past orders.

I like that TRADOGRAM is customizable to our needs, intuitive to use and set up. The customer service I have experienced to date has been outstanding. Even with users who have limited technical knowledge, the platform is fairly easy to use. The personal and genuinely invested customer service personnel provide added help, which is value you almost cannot put a price tag on.

The only area I found which could be improved upon, would be a little more in the way of options when it comes to listing items in inventory, mainly pertaining to quantities and packaging which varies widely. When you aren't able to pin down exactly the best way to enter certain items, that can present some challenges, you have to adjust to fit with the options you are limited to, and this can be a bit tricky. I imagine when importing CSVs and such this could be better. Not that it isn't good, and not that many options aren't accounted for, just not all. We did not integrate or migrate this into other software we use, as it wasn't cleanly compatible, without an additional expense.

I really like its specialization in purchasing and supply management, which centralizes all my processes, from purchase requests to invoicing.

The ergonomics and user interface could be improved.

Tradogram solves the problem of lack of visibility and disorder in the purchasing process. The benefit is a real time saving in supply management and a significant reduction in costs thanks to better expense control.

The most useful thing is that you can keep track of everything, such as materials received, invoices issued, whether invoices have been paid, what's still pending, project information, and various types of reports.

There is nothing to dislike as such, it is just that sometimes it is a bit tedious to add an item to the purchase order and not only sell it to one supplier, since when creating the purchase order you have to go back and register that item with that supplier to be able to select the item or well not register it but select the supplier

I like that makes requesting purchase orders quick and easy. I can put out a purchase order request immediately without any delays.

I like that it's simple and intuitive to use. It has served all of my ordering purposes very well for the past year that I've been working as the purchasing manager at my company. I also appreciate the efficient and helpful customer service. Every time I've had a question, it's been resolved over email within less than one business day.

I didn't think the latest interface update was very necessary. I'm a believer in not trying to fix what isn't broken, and it worked fine before. Lately, there've been some random bugs, and luckily I've been able to get them resolved with Tony pretty quickly, but these bugs didn't occur before the platform was updated.

Tradogram consolidates all of our company's R&D orders in one place and makes it easy for all the necessary people to access and approve them. I like how the orders can be sorted by multiple factors such as number and date.

Tradogram has become a key tool in managing our procurement process. It allows us to track every step—from requisitions to purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices—all while keeping detailed cost data organized. The flexibility to classify costs by categories (materials, subcontractors, rentals, etc.) and sync data with our Power BI dashboards gives us better visibility and real-time project control. It’s also great that it’s cloud-based and accessible by multiple users across our team.

The inventory management module still feels underdeveloped compared to the rest of the platform. It would be extremely useful to integrate barcode/QR code tracking and improve the mobile app for onsite use. There’s also some room for improvement in terms of automating document flows and approval chains without relying on manual reminders.
