I like that via Trackwise, protocols are easily searchable, available and downloadable so that creating a new process, procedure or protocol is less time consuming. It is easy to reference other protocols using this system.

I don’t dislike anything about the program- it has been very helpful for me and my company.

We use Trackwise to storage digital documents. It is beneficial as paper copies and waste are eliminated. In a digital world, this program is very helpful and user friendly.

Trackwise is used to control the quality during the manufacturing process. It is easy to configure and use. Having numerous feature like searching and report creation and easy integration with third party system like SAP or MDMS.

It require so many windows servers to install different software like Teamaccess, Crystal report and ETL.

They should focus to move it on cloud

I like that 123 compliance has protocols already built in so that developing a process does not have to be a time consuming task.

I dislike the customer service. It has not been easy to get 123 to abide by what they promised in the pitch.

It provides a eQMS where almost everything can be stored electronically so it removes paper from the equation.

In theory, moving from a paper-based system to digital in a pharma environment is ideal. Being able to complete training digitally and take quizzes digitally for SOPs is a huge plus.

Using TrackWise Digital for the transition from paper-based to digital has been a disaster for the company. False promises were made about the customizations we could create for our specific needs. The interface is not user-friendly, especially for writing investigations. Forget trying to add tables or any other word-related diagram to quality event.

The company is transitioning from paper-based to digital. This is good in theory for a quality system.
