What do you like best about TrackItLog?

How easy is to manage the tickets users create

What do you dislike about TrackItLog?

The emails sent from the app sometimes take so long to be sent.

What problems is TrackItLog solving and how is that benefiting you?

The user log tickets and then the developers, administrators, etc resolve then.

Easy and quick

What do you like best about TrackItLog?

I’m able to check ticket status, very user friendly

What do you dislike about TrackItLog?

There isn’t anything I didn’t like. Wish I could use permanently

Keeping tickets organized; self serving ;etc

Good program

What do you like best about TrackItLog?

.I like being able to search through entire tickets body and title with a key word, and being able to sort order

What do you dislike about TrackItLog?

The software times out too fast, and others being in my ticket prevents me from editing it

What problems is TrackItLog solving and how is that benefiting you?
