Tovuti LMS is the 6th or 7th I’ve worked with in my career. It is so user friendly, not just for the end user, but also for admin users!

Quite frankly, there’s nothing I don’t like! I’ve been completely satisfied since day 1 of working with the system and the Tovuti staff!

It’s a simplified platform that lets you use your own branding. Customer support is very responsive and there are many forums and educational material to assist the admins.

The interface can be a bit challenging to learn at first, and it takes some time to get used to.

As an MSP serving law firms, we use the platform to deliver a range of educational content, including application overviews and usage guidance, security courses, and courseware for onboarding new users.

The support system, so even if it is hard to see what is wrong with a course or spmething, they can always point out what to do.

Often the way lessons and courses get structured is quite hard for users to see what they should do next and they feel like they're wasting time.

There are a lot of things that need to be checked when publishing pages, which is good up to a point but can be confusing - it would be good if you could create your own lesson or course template and then reuse it numerous times to ensure every time i create something it is consistent.

Ensuring the Sales team are up to date with all product info and also insights that we are publishing.

I have been using Tovuti since the beginning of 2022 and first off, they have been an awesome partner from beginning to end. They have done some pretty amazing things to help us build a super online training presence for our dealer network and internal staff.

The one thing that will stand out for anyone that decides to go with Tovuti for their LMS needs is that they have, hands-down, the best customer and technical support of any organization that I have ever dealt with. Seriously, these folks are world-class. We have thrown them some interesting challenges to deal with in our specific industry needs. They have not failed us yet! They have even made some changes to help us that opened up new opportunities for them as a company. So if I haven't exhibited this enough, they are a great partner with us in our business.

The ease of use and support. Support is always outstanding.

When the clock starts on a seat it remains for a year. It should be 6 months like other software.

We're a small company of 300 people. We were a Litmos user, but dumped that tool because it was awful. Tovuti is easy to use and configure. We've far more with it than Litmos. And the price is REALLY good. Our rep is always there for us.

I like the tools you have for videos that help pull the user into the experience vs a traditional video

It is very complex and has a lot of options that all need to work together for the video/learning to actually work how you want.

We have amazing support, but mainly over the phone, we didn't have great options to help reduce the call volume for things that are simple and repeatable.

So far nothing is to dislike about the LMS

The layout and the level of support are amazing! The set up was easy and we felt taken care of the entire time.

The Admin navigation could be a little more user friendly with additional tips added along the way.

Helping to mass-train new employees which eliviates time from leadership team members.

The communication process, and the support ticket system is working great.

Would like more help videos on the website for each issue.

Platform is delivering a better experience for our learners.
