I love that everything is all in one spot or can be integrated into your favorite applications. TPP is customizable for our brand and has made all correspondence with clients standardized and professional. When we use all the features, there is a piece of TPP Software that will touch each of the business and execution of any event.

If I had to select any downside, and I would like to say, I'm just being honest, if you are planning to get TPP or any software really...we did not take the time to set it up the way we wanted with all the data entry required to make it work at 100%. It is a lengthy process, but customer service is always willing to help. If you have someone on your team that is computer and software savvy, you may not even have this issue at all.

It is keeping our calendar clean, clear and organized. So we have never had to lose an event due to forgetting or losing information. It keeps all our contacts and leads in spot.

Once you build up your inventory of recipes/items, everything works like a breeze!

If there is a new recipe, it can take a few attempts and tweaking to get it just right so it scales up and down correctly.

Saves hours of time when planning weddings, corporate events, and other large catering gigs.

There's really nothing that I don't like about this software. It is designed by a food service person for food service people so it really nails it on all levels.

Booking parties and create menus, keep track of menu items, do proposals, invoicing, checklists, almost everything a person need for catering company.

The way the information looks for the client is very important and this software does that. Contracts are easy to read and intuitive, proposals are the same.

It takes too many clicks to do some things and sometimes the clicks are on opposite ends of the page.

Know your business and what you need TPP to do and be prepared to spend time inputting relevant information.

I have info on almost everything I need historically from client info to menu item sales and financial info.
