Collaborative and Insightful
What do you like best about TokyWoky Community Platform?
The team is very hands-on and has made our entire launch very enjoyable and collaborative. They're generous with their time and their knowledge, and could not do more to support us.
What do you dislike about TokyWoky Community Platform?
Due to limitations in our own team, it has been hard to juggle the time needed to invest in the platform. However, Tokywoky have been super supportive in this regard and have helped us out a lot.
What problems is TokyWoky Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us get a lot closer to our customers and interact with them directly. It's pushing brand advocacy and stickiness, and is something our competitors do not offer.

Positive experience with TokyWoky
What do you like best about TokyWoky Community Platform?
The TokyWoky platform has helped us to achieve a brand community and home for our loyal customers. Our members enjoy the gamification and we've seen positive results on customer buying behaviours and loyalty.
What do you dislike about TokyWoky Community Platform?
There always seems to be new product updates to the platform however, I would love more access to data in the Admin, particularly around product testing.
What problems is TokyWoky Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is hosting our online community which allows us to easily communicate with a highly-engaged audience, provide incentives, update them on our brand and products as well as creating a safe space for our customers.

Good collaboration with TW, helping us to develop our community.
What do you like best about TokyWoky Community Platform?
It has a lot of fun functionality for our customers, easy to work with Leslie, always well prepared for our meetings and after.
What do you dislike about TokyWoky Community Platform?
Hard to get functionality that we want developed. Many vendors using the same plaftorm, which makes it one platform that should fit all, and that is not always working well for us.
Recommendations to others considering TokyWoky Community Platform?
After a release there are often a lot of bugs afterwards.
What problems is TokyWoky Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a place for our customers to discuss, engage each other, get inspired and KICKS can show its expertise, and build an emotional band with our customers. TW is the place were all of this takes place.

I like the clear menu/navigation and how this can easily be updated.

What do you like best about TokyWoky Community Platform?
The support is really great with you, you really try to find solutions related to the daily use of the tool. The client really feels supported, weekly meetings, reports, the training offered. Messaging and tagging members were an important development. Various fun activities for the community, networking through routines.
What do you dislike about TokyWoky Community Platform?
As the tool is still new, the day-to-day support is very good, but in terms of developments and upcoming features in the roadmap, some things have been deprioritized.

What problems is TokyWoky Community Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?
We often had small bugs, but the team, once again, has always been responsive and there for us.

What do you like best about TokyWoky Community Platform?
The platform is easy to use and the requested improvements/corrections are quickly integrated. The platform allows us to capture our clients' expectations through various formats (forum, survey, etc.).
What do you dislike about TokyWoky Community Platform?
There is no automatic alert system via the platform in case of overly aggressive remarks from a user. A "human" check is necessary.
Recommendations to others considering TokyWoky Community Platform?
The platform allows us to engage ambassador clients. We can thus "test" new features with them before implementing them on a large scale. Moreover, through their interactions on the platform, we can identify major topics for them or any difficulties they encounter in order to provide solutions.
