Ideal for the Financial Industry
What do you like best about TLOxp?
TLOxp has been a tremendous asset to our business. It is easy to use the software. And to find who you are looking for. It is easy to find someone and verify who they are.
What do you dislike about TLOxp?
As much as I like the added measure of security, it gets old. Having to have a pin to log in every time on top of a password can get old. And if you don't reset your password you are locked out every 3 months or so

If we are having problems verifying someone's identity, TLOxp is there to help.

Most Reliable Source for Public Records
What do you like best about TLOxp?
The data produced by TLO is the most accurate that I have seen. In addition, their application of confidence scores to phone numbers greatly aides our investigative work.
What do you dislike about TLOxp?
While some of the data provided will attribute itself to a source, most will not. If we were able to determine where information is present, and where it can be corroborated, that would greatly enhance our investigative work.
What problems is TLOxp solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to perform enhanced background checks by using TLO and its data. The benefit of a comprehensive social media report has made that possible.

Amazed at how simple it is to find people
What do you like best about TLOxp?
You don’t need much information to find someone unless their name is generic.
What do you dislike about TLOxp?
Sometimes it is obvious that two different entries are the same person when they have the same name and address yet one entry has more info than the other. Which caused me to try and look up more info.
What problems is TLOxp solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating individuals in order to serve legal documents.

What do you like best about TLOxp?
Its easy to use and learn. This offers more acquiring information that the latter.
What do you dislike about TLOxp?
I'm not sure that I have any dislikes about this database.

With this service alone, I could save more money that using a combination of others.

Being able to purchase plate scans is the best feature.

I have found another database to be slightly more accurate

What do you like best about TLOxp?
I like the price per search. It's very hard for other companies to compete with that. Setting up an account is also super easy. Definitely would recommend to any fellow skip tracers. Also, on a company wide aspect. It's cool that they offer 3 different pricing options.
What do you dislike about TLOxp?
I dont have anything negative to say or anything to suggest that too do differently.
What problems is TLOxp solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tinternet results are all over the place and there is lots of information that is either inaccurate or not available that tlo helps us narrow. We also have a few clients that use tlo themselves in order for us to chase the nest possible lead on every assignment. Our success rate has increased using the resource.

The usability of the website. It locks out users from the website where they have to wait a certain period to sign in again, too easily
