Streamlined Task Management but Needs Faster Setup

What do you like best about TimeHero?

I find the ability to create reusable sequences for repeating project types invaluable, as it allows us to recycle workflows without setting them up from scratch each time. The feature that automatically books time with various stakeholders based on calendar availability saves us a lot of manual scheduling and prevents clashes or missing attendees. Integrating with Google Calendar to schedule project catch-ups ensures seamless coordination across our team.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

We've had some issues with lagging when we tried a very large and complicated project, and there is a fair amount of trial and error in learning how to set things up..but once you are familiar and building smaller projects, it's seamless. More intuitive set-ups, perhaps with more AI input to save time for beginners? Not that easy as its quite manual to set thing for the first time, but then goes quicker once these are set up.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use TimeHero to manage multiple projects and track completion across departments. It helps template regular workflows, saving setup time, and integrates with calendars for scheduling, preventing clashes and ensuring all stakeholders are available.

TimeHero Effective time Management!

What do you like best about TimeHero?

I love the Smart Scheduling and the Task Prioritization, while I don't have my team on the platform, I can see a huge benefit in the collaboration. The interface is very user friendly, still a bit glitchy, but easy to understand. I started using this everyday to priortize my work, we use to use clickup however our company got rid of it, and I was forced to look for other alternatives. It was easy to set up and a smooth transition to integrate my workload into the platform.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

As mentioned, a little glitchy, but its a newer platform vibe. Understanding the customizable reports is a little tough as well as the learning curve. The free version is very limited.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Task priorization and time tracking is the bigest benefit to me.

Timehero really helps me out to keep track of my events and complete it on time and even it helps me to get time to use my useless time into an useful one. With this I have claimed a greater insights into my life and started working professionally.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

Some notifications on TimeHero are being ignored automatically ignored which sometimes let my important schedules to be missed. So inorder to resolve this the development team can focus on the same to get this resolved as much as possible.

Helps in Planning, Controlling & Prioritising Tasks

What do you like best about TimeHero?

TimeHero is an excellent AI-integrated application which assists one in knowing what to focus on immediately. Before Timehero, I found it difficult to conclude which task to do first while having several different tasks. TimeHero has tackled this issue by organising a timetable for my day-to-day tasks. I can quickly know what to begin first and finish out of the list. The UI UX is adaptable and allows you to change your deadlines and urgent requirement level and add, delete or move the tasks around the list.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

TimeHero isn't available for my device now as it was made for an older version of Android. The only thing I disliked about TimeHero is that it does not have the feature to make programmed or automatic updates or reminders through email since it has no coordinated contact list that permits it to do so.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

TimeHero assists me in organising my calender and planning out my tasks effectively. It has helped me improve my efficiency by completing all the assigned and pending tasks before their respective due dates.

Innovative Planner Tool

What do you like best about TimeHero?

- Daily Ad-Hoc activities can be easily blended into this tool. This is one of the biggest advantages it has. The flexibility is brilliant.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

- It helps tracking all my and my reportees daily activities and timesheets.

Recommendations to others considering TimeHero?

- There is no integration with Microsoft Teams which has led us switch to zoom for the time being since Zoom is integrated with TimeHero.

Overcome the Anxiety of Time Management

PROS: If your reading this you have likely tried many times mgt/productivity apps. Some work better than others, but none deal with the "feeling" of not having enough time. This is really a belief, not a feeling. And one that if you have, it won't matter what app you're using. Timehero is the only app that truly handles the idea of never having enough time. It's similar to the idea of not making enough money. Until you have a solid budget, can you even accurately answer the question "Can I afford this?". Well, time is similar, yet we tend to do even more is to arbitrarily answer "do I have time to add this to my plate?" Because we truly don't know the answer.

CONS: TimeHero is it's own worst enemy in that having such an original platform of using adaptive scheduling AND true team collaboration will naturally come with some kinks since its unchartered territory. Nothing that makes you not be able to use it, but for example, they somewhat recently added repeating tasks. Now, this is huge because time management cannot exist without all those little repeating tasks such as sending a present for your brother's birthday in time or running payroll for employees. This addition though is not like adding repeating tasks to your standard task app or even calendar events because it actually schedules EVERY instance of a repeating task. The good news, is TimeHero's support is so good that anything I have come across they seem to immediately fix. I certainly cannot say that for most companies in the tech industry.

What do you like best about TimeHero?

TimeHero helps classify and is a smart reminder app with AI integrated to let me know what to prioritize next. Before Timehero, I found it hard to decide which one to do first when having multiple small tasks. TimeHero has solved this problem for me and setup a structured schedule for my daily tasks. I can immediately know what to start and follow through the list, it's a personal assistant that even personal assistants can use. The UI UX is flexible by letting you change your due dates, priority level and even drop and drag around the tasks if they have been moved to other dates. Plus point, you can link the tasks so that it knows how to remind you at the right sequence.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

- Siri or Alexa aren't integrated to create tasks, it would be great to assign tasks using your voice for busy managers.

Recommendations to others considering TimeHero?

- The actual running and layout of the GUI could be improved as it's a little boring as it is, although very clear and easy to see with white background & simple black text.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

-This is not a big issue but it takes time to learn how to use certain features like integrating calendars at the beginning just like any apps.
