What do you like best about Tidemark?

I work for a city and need to review activity/documentation from employees that work in other departments/divisions. The ease of seeing this activity is very useful. Also, everything I need to do is easy to follow.

What do you dislike about Tidemark?

Not able/practical to use in the field with casework.

What problems is Tidemark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer service. I am able to assist a customer with issues throughout the city departments with ease.
