The easy use of documenting on all isp and mar is very helpful and user friendly.

The software provides many areas for documentation, document storage, reporting, and billing features. Overall it is a very comprehensive database that is easy to work with, complies with state regulations for reporting. Therap works to stay informed on state and federal regulations to continue to comply. Therap's support team is professional and timely in responding to the needs of their customers. Training, webinars, user guides and other resources are provided for users. Therap is continually looking at ways to improve the software, either updating or adding to current modules or creating new modules. Prior to selecting Therap, we researched several other options and none had as complete of a record for individuals information .

Even with Report Library Plus, some limited reporting capabilities for Oversight users.

I like that Therap Services is user friendly and everything is straightforward. I love that I can run reports to do my quarterly progress reports. It keeps all my clients' information in the same place that I bill them. I appreciate being able to have all my notes for each session on one document rather than clicking around trying to find them, which is important when I might have 30 notes to review for one client.

As a recreational therapist, Therap Services keeps all my client's information in one place for billing. It's user-friendly, allowing me to run reports for progress, and has all my session notes in one document instead of searching for them.

The updates to the interface and focus on AI are definitely helpful. Listening to our feedback on medication administration is great as well.

Getting back into residential, I have yet to identify any areas of concern so far.

I sent a proposal to my leadership team to transition to eMARs and the amount of information easily accessible is very important.
