TMO is used day to day in our place of business and there has never been any kind of issues even when we were integrating to the online version. All kinds of report can be printed. The support staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable for any kind of technical questions that arise. They get back to you very fast often the same day if not the next day. This software is highly recommended for any loan servicing business.

The only downside is when trying to learn the software or when new interfaces are introduced just to get familiar with it. It does not take long to be familiar but just getting use to it. The customer support is always there for these type of concerns and will get back to you very fast.

It's not necessarily a dislike, but I was using the desktop version and have recently switched to the online cloud version. Although almost everything is the same and it is very intuitive, there have been a couple learning curves where I wasn't sure how to find or do something. Those questions have been handled expeditiously through their customer service support.

It substantially lessens the time to send out correspondence to all borrowers, it effectively handles our 1098 and 1099 tax forms with a very easy-to-use and intuitive system. We also love TMO's payment coupons, and receipt options. It greatly cuts our work in half with how effective it is.

Quick and seamless transaction process, being able to do ACH's in batches and have all loan information in one place is truly what we were looking for.

There is not anything to dislike if you ever are in a need of a feature that is not available they are accommodating to making it happen.
