I've used pretty almost every data recovery program out there, and usually run a project through several, often yielding different results. This one takes the cake. Simple set it and forget it, but still fast and thorough, generally providing the best data recovery success rate. This is my first and favorite choice in my toolbox.

Downsides? Well, I purchased a lifetime license. I understand it's for only one pc, after a non related crash and reset I ended up needing to create a new desktop, the old one no longer existed to be recovered. Fast forward a few months to a sd card that I accidentally erased and needed to recover for an urgent project and my license code didn't work. A brief email to support assured me I could reregister my new desktop at no charge provided I leave a good review first. While this is an absolutely amazing product, and support was fast with a response, I was already over stressed with the situation and ended up having to use a different program. I'm sure I got most of the things I needed but I know for a fact I was missing important media for that project. Guess that's life. Yet, still here I am, leaving a great review several weeks later now that I found the time, and trust me, I never leave reviews for anything. I just want to have the peace of mind with my favorite program back in my toolbox, and I'd do anything but pay for it again. (A pc trasferable license would be nice)

TenorShare 4DDiG for Mac was very easy to download, to set up and to use. It was fast in recovering the deleted data (about 500 GB) and kept the Files and Folder names. We are now just waiting to use the Preview function to confirm the recovery.

Of note, the very quick response from Tiffany to an enquiry was very worthy.

I have used it to recover files in my office's pc of which file has been distorted some days ago. I have used it to recover those data. It's compatible and fast. My files are recovered fully which i though was lost. It has a nice syncing option that adapts your data with ease.

The best thing about Tenorshare Any Data Recovery Pro is its interface. The interface is simple. No prior knowledge is required to use it. The scanning is super fast. Let me tell it again "It's really fast!". It supports all type of file systems (Windows, Mac, Linux included). It can even recover files from external drive which I find very useful. It also has a preview option for images before recovering it. It has a deep scanning feature which is a good feature but in my time of use, I never used it as all my files recovered without it. You just have to click on 'Recover' and save it to the location. It is that simple.

I didn't like that there is no option to scan particular folder. That too after a paying a premium of $50. Maybe for someone whose data might be much more valuable, this price tag is great. But I just wanted some pics and videos to recover which were deleted by mistake, so I find it expensive. Another thing I didn't like is it only allows 500MB of data to be recovered in free trial.

If you are a new user and just wants to recover some files under 500MB for just a single time then use its free trial version. But I am sure you''ll end up buying it just like me. Because data can be deleted or corrupted anytime or anywhere.

the program is very lightweight and hardly impact the performance or hard disk storage when installed. the scanning process is very quick compared with many other recovery software. the software supports a wide range of file types that includes operating system files from different OS's. another important thing is the quality of the output files. most of the files are recovered in a very good condition which is excellent. it support many device types both internal as well as external disk drives. the pricing is great and the basic version of the software is free with which you can try the software. if you want to recover large amounts of data you could upgrade it to the paid version. the interface of the software is very simple and anyone can use it easily. the product documentation is also good that you could find all the answers in case of some doubts.

the free version of the software is limited and you could only recover up to 500 mb of data through it. the program keeps no log data and its hard to see what you've recovered. the files won't work usually when its sizes are over 2-3 GB. there is no option to recover specific folders without scanning the entire drive, the system slows down tremendously when recovering.

The program ran as the instructions said. It just did not work.

The program did not work as only 7 of 105 files were recovered. I asked for a refund to find that we have to fill out a lengthy form to help them find out what happened. I really hate it when people put out products that don't work and they want you to help them fix it. Sorry guys

Just be aware that if it does not work it may be an uphill battle getting resolution.
