Tenant Turner is a great time-saving tool! It also works great when I can send a code to my Vendors to enter a property.

Ability to show properties outside of office hours & track leads & interest.

Listing widget is not customizable & property filter doesn't allow several frequently used filter criteria, such as searching within a certain price range or showing properties with 3 or MORE bedrooms. You can only search for a set bedroom amount, which leads prospective applicants to believe there aren't any properties with more bedrooms than the exact amount specified by the selected filter. After providing feedback requesting more filter options, there has been no update or follow up from tenant turner representatives.

Pre-screening filters out unqualified applicants. Online showing scheduling reduces number of phone calls coming into our office.
