What do you like best about Telemo.io?

One of the best contact centre platforms we have used to enhance our customer experience. Telemo has a great team for quick onboarding with all compliance with GDPR or HIPPA.

What do you dislike about Telemo.io?

The features are good which we have used but they need commitment for few years to give the best price though when we use, it was worth to buy for our contact centre need of the company.

Recommendations to others considering Telemo.io:

Great product for all the contact centre needs and its give deep reports about all the activities.

What problems is Telemo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

This product is solving all our call centre needs and gives us a 360 view of the organization & our call centre team are able to address to customer 24*7 from the office and out of the office, now we are offering work from anywhere because of telemo's mobile apps.

What do you like best about Telemo.io?

Telemo has a diverse range of channels in voice, mobile, e-mail, web, and social media, via their cloud-based contact center services. They are trustable as their services are robust and reliable.

What do you dislike about Telemo.io?

They are doing a good job in providing various services, I just feel that their Call Center Services could be better as I felt that our company did not have a great experience with it. The automation is not on point and they must work on the algorithm of the software.

What problems is Telemo.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

With Telemo's services we were able to automate our few processes, generate accurate data reports and get response message scripts for all social media channels. We have used teir IVR Solutions, Toll Free Number, Text To Speech, Phone Validator products to name a few.
