Price is exceptionally cheap compared to other competitors. Excellent live US customer support. Supports multiple accounts. Large variety of integrated platforms. Simple and easy to manage and ship orders. The system calculates and remembers weight and dimensions for new orders. Decent rates on shipping labels. Works well to manage inventory. Integrates with QuickBooks. Integrates with Walmart.

No mobile version yet. You can't pay to have custom plugins, but they take suggestions and put them in a queue.

Great software. Worth giving it a try.

Shipping orders.

I export my Amazon sales to Quickbooks. I am able to just create a daily summary. Since we manage all the sales in Teapplix, we don't really need extra customers being created in Quickbooks. The fees get transferred in to Quickbooks and all monetary information is there.

They have updated the UI and keep making the app better. I did have trouble locating things I need for admin purposes, but digging around I finally found them, and it all makes sense again. I do wish that I could set up different marketplaces with different settings. I don't bring my custom website sales in using Teapplix, because I would need it to have individual customers and invoices/payments rather than sales receipts.

Definitely useful for Amazon sales and managing the shipping. It writes back to Amazon with the shipping confirmations, and updates quickbooks with the financial data that you need.

We are not doing the manual entry of the sales and fees associated with the amazon sales. It also keeps my inventory up to date, as things get updated in Quickbooks. I know we are saving hours and hours of data entry time, that frankly, just got behind due to being a small family based business.

I like how easy it is to process labels through Teapplix. We sell through 3 different vendors and we can easily process all our orders through this one site. We are also able to integrate with Quickbooks and that has helped helped a lot with accounting.

I don't like that support can only be done through email. They are fairly fast at responding so you typically only have to wait a few hours to 24 hours for a response.

Teapplix has been a great company to work with. They were also a lot more reasonably priced than some of their competitors. Their customer support is always very friendly and gets back to you in a timely fashion.

We are saving hours of our time by being able to process all our orders through one system.

Could use a User Interface update but nothing else to dislike.

UX is quite utilitarian but once you start using it, it makes a lot of sense. There is an open API but I haven't yet connected my POS to it.

It does what it's supposed to do. Not fancy looking but packed full of functionality. At first I was a bit turned off by the UX but after careful comparison against other systems like Ordoro, Teapplix was the winner.

Central hub for all online inventory control. Inventory management and online order management. Shipping integration, including drop-shipping, and Amazon multi-channel fulfillment requests. Near real-time inventory from Amazon FBA broadcast to other multi-channel marketplaces and ecommerce sites like magento and walmart. Solid. Functional.

Teapplix was a great find. It did most of what I wanted out of the box, but when we had specific instances where we needed a different solution the support staff was very responsive and extremely helpful. When they didn't offer a way to have tax show through on our sales receipt exactly how we needed it, they had their developer integrate it into the next update and we were good to go!

There isn't a ton I dislike. I think it's a really solid software with a good staff.

Give it a shot and if you need something specific don't be afraid to reach out to support!

Linking our ecommerce platform with our quickbooks on desktop for sales going into quickbooks and inventory going into bigcommerce.

Teapplix stands out from the crowd with it's unique features and offerings. It provides end to end shipping management solution for small and medium size businesses.

Nothing of the system is likeable. Simply outdated.

Support is not helpful when you call, if tickets get too complex, they just stop answering them. Doesn't have any functionality for today's e-commerce space.

Avoid and use any of the other more updated software

The service is causing problems. Doesn't solve any. Unable to recommend.

If you have less than 250 SKU, you would be fine to use.

Super bad customer service.

It has too much server glitches.
