Excellent product with continual improvement

What do you like best about TaxDome?

My clients have had relative ease in using the software. Although this is the first year, we have had a smooth rollout of the product. It has improved the client experience and communication is now easier and smoother.

What do you dislike about TaxDome?

Recommendations to others considering TaxDome?

The workflow tracking has been an outstanding addition and replaced manual systems.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wish TaxDome would sync with my payment processing software. I do not wish to switch payment providers and cannot disable the firm balance on the client-facing side. Clients missed our notice to ignore so it requires responses.

The platform has changed my firm’s flow

What do you like best about TaxDome?

I like the ease of use and interface. It was very easy to navigate at first glance and even when I onboard clients, they find it super simple too. It’s been a game changer to streamline communication between us.

What do you dislike about TaxDome?

The only downside I would say is annual pricing commitment, especially if you have multiple people in your firm that need their own logins for audit purposes and tasking.

TaxDome is solving the outdated processes everyone in the tax and accounting industry face when it comes to client management and accomplishing tasks between the client and firm.

Getting documents needed from clients securely is a breeze.

Not much so far. I would like the mapped drive to be more robust.

What do you like best about TaxDome?

The pipeline feature (and all the features which make it what it is), flexible customization, ease of use, secure, robust training / how to content, email attachments can be saved directly to the account without additional steps, the ability to have clients pay via the portal, filter features, tasks, and so much more

What do you dislike about TaxDome?

When a bookkeeper (business management firm, lawyer, etc) is associated with multiple clients, handling of emails and attachments requires careful attention so that documents are not mistakenly saved to the wrong account. We have a solution for this, but it's not the ideal scenario.

TaxDome is easy to use for both the accountant and client. The mobile app is especially convenient for clients to upload tax documents.

What do you dislike about TaxDome?

It takes significant effort to setup all the processes and workflows for the first time. But that is with any software.

What problems is TaxDome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Securely uploading documents, storing documents, and collecting e-signatures. All three are convenient with TaxDome.
