Great option if you want to include an offerwall in your game
What do you like best about TapJoy?
this is a great tool for monetizing your games. We need a boost in our ad monetization strategy in one of our RPG games and we included tapjoy offerwall and is working great.
What do you dislike about TapJoy?
I think it doesn't make sense the menu of creating a new currencywhen you want to create an offerwall. I think the best choice is first, creating an offerwall and then coose a currency. But besides that, everything is great.
What problems is TapJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to boost our ad monetization in one of our RPG games and we decided to included an offerwall, that's why we choosed tapjoy. Besides, our mediantion is with ironsource, so is the best option.

Great for reaching new clients
What do you like best about TapJoy?
I really enjoy TapJoy because I am able to reach new clients I never would have been able to reach before just by social media.
What do you dislike about TapJoy?
I cannot say much that I do not like about TapJoy because I have only been a user for a short time, although I can say its somewhat confusing starting out, looking around you definitely get the hang of it!
Recommendations to others considering TapJoy?
TapJoy really is a great product, don't rely on it as your only advertisement source though. Still, use other ways to advertise! Overall a great program, easy to use!
What problems is TapJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving being able to reach new consumers in different states I wouldn't normally be able to reach just by my other advertisements.

rely on our diverse suite of rewarded video & media ads to improve performance. Developers acquire high-value users and generate more revenue

Its really great although sometimes its hard to understand some of the explanations they give to questions

For the normal person like me. Overall it's great!

Brings more users or players to bring in more revenue.

Sometimes it doesn't search the given email and it lags.

What do you like best about TapJoy?
Lots of offers available. They are quite generous with the giveaways. Their claim process is pretty that other special offers provider.
What do you dislike about TapJoy?
Some claims are lost due to change of IDs which could make customers think they are being scammed.
Recommendations to others considering TapJoy?
They have a better process of providing claims. They have a special software for processing them.
What problems is TapJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provide fast support and allows the reopening of previous claims that are no longer available in-app.

The status of an offer is indicated. Whether it shows Action required or Denied, the information you need is already displayed.
What do you dislike about TapJoy?
Not dislike, but a room for improvement. They could add a few tabs instead of using the "smart search".
Recommendations to others considering TapJoy?
The tool they use to verify customer's concern is without a doubt, complete.
What problems is TapJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer support. I realized that you also need to coordinate with Tapjoy support when your users experience issues with the Special Offers The information you need from the tool itself is all shown in 1 page.

Good choice for PPE CAMPAIGNS
What do you like best about TapJoy?
One of the few good choices when looking for Pay per Engagement campaigns throughout their offerwalls. Good support and easy to setup with high engagement user traffic.
What do you dislike about TapJoy?
A lot of the traffic stops playing after reaching the goal, so the early retention is excellent, but the long term retention is worse. Also works only on android.
What problems is TapJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are you are only paying for users who reach your goal, so a lot of traffic is for free.
