I have been in the recruiting world for almost a decade and Talention isnt as big of a name in the market as they could be. They need to focus on marketing their product.

Talention offers a different approach than LI Recruiter or SeekOut or Monster or any of the other boards. Talention is engaged when you need additional pipeline.

What do you like best about Talention?

I find Talention really useful because it gives the ultimate power to the recruiters to employ candidates and sort them with candidate management software which is not only efficient but really effective in order to select the best and the worthiest , I also like the applicant tracking too.

What do you dislike about Talention?

I don't actually have any particular dislikes but I feel like Talention can improve their consultation and training support by making it more interactive and user friendly. Even though the way they implement this is really outstanding , I tend to give this as suggestion as I really believe there are rooms to improve.

What problems is Talention solving and how is that benefiting you?

I prefer Talention as a bargaining tool to deal with my professional competitors to get the best recruits thus ensuring our chance to do well in different projects ahead of our rivals.
