Customer service

I have called Talec support numerous times in a panic due to our pos system not working properly & they have always walked me through troubleshooting steps and we have worked issues out in a timely and efficient manner. They are patient and nice and in a world where customer support isn’t always a priority for a business, theirs always is. Although I don’t have details of a particular problem, I can share with you that I have been with Talec for 4 years and have never been disappointed with their service. I appreciate that.

Above and beyond

One of my employees was having difficulty connecting to the printer. I called tech support and asked if they could call the shop to talk him through getting connected. The tech called the shop, got my guy connected and sent an email letting me know the issue was resolved. Great service.

We can’t say enough about the excellent…

We can’t say enough about the excellent support we receive from Talech. We don’t have problems very often but when we do, we get immediate phone support and a quick resolution. Probably more tech savvy clients could solve these problems on their own, but our staff needs someone to walk them through the steps. Talech staff are knowledgeable and get us back up and running in minutes.
