When Covid 19 hit Systems stepped up and worked on Virtual PT and worked with insurance companies to ensure we were paid for the services we provided. Always on the cutting edge. This service they provided and the endless hours they worked did not cost my company 1 cent more. This is definitely a team approach no matter how large or small your company. I love S4PT.

Nothing. Everyone has frustrations on occassion but the support staff and Dan Alloway always work it out. The system is continuously improving, they are always asking their clients how to make things better.

Population of G codes after filling out Automatic Check in. Ease of documentation, and the checks in place to ensure compliance.

Spell check would be nice and copying/pasting as well as some of the typing is clunky.

Increases compliance to ensure best possible reimbursement and bonuses. Support is second to none.

Compliance with scripts, G codes especially fall risk and diabetes questions.

The note-writing structure and the 'green' light indications let me know I have completed my tasks for the day.

I wish there were a patient portal to complete the intake paperwork. I understand this is in the works. I'd like an integrated wait list.

I am a brand new business; the biggest challenge was doing all of the tasks as a one-person clinic, which I can manage with the EMR.

Customer service is excellent, and their staff has always been helpful, but the best thing about it is that it DOES increase collections, and it DOES decrease documentation time.

The user interface could be updated, but that is happening!

Our documentation time has been cut significantly and, our collections have increased. But honestly, one of the things that I like now are the reports that are easily accesible and are truly helpful in managing the business side of our practice.

As new business owners, there is more we don't know than know. What has impressed us the most is S4PT's exceptional customer service; they respond quickly to emails and always pick up the phone. Documentation is as streamlined as advertised. Daily notes take 2 mins; we make minor tweaks to IEs to suit our taste. SP4T is incentivized to file claims efficiently, taking a load off our shoulders. Overall, they are outstanding!

I think the training program could use some tweaks, especially for a new owner new to the PT world. Difficult for me to take notes and follow along while the instructor clicks away. Recently, S4PT sent me links to videos that go through the clinic reports and have been most helpful. Recommend S4PT develop similar videos for Front Desk, PT/APT operations and FITS/Billing.

My greatest concern is creating efficiencies, especially with documentation. If PTs are writing notes, they are not seeing patients. S4PT minimizes this concern through their streamlined notes.

The customizability of the software for the note writing. The text reminders to patients for scheduling

You do NOT get a reminder the visit before the 10th visit for Medicare patients. I want a reminder on the 9th visit, so the progress note will be scheduled for the next visit. Also, having to reactivate a D/C account if there is a billing problem.

Managers reports are bad.

I was getting buried by insurance company requests for reports and not getting paid for services rendered. Systems4PT allowed me to stay up to date with all of our clinical reporting. The templets available are high quality and meet all of medicares stringent criteria. I love the Focus billing partner. They are fast, knowledgeable and efficient.

I was not too fond of the limited hours access to support due to being on the west coast.

Faster payments from insurance are helpful. I appreciate the visibility into billing and claims status.
