SysCloud is very easy to set up. Before moving to Google Drive, we had to worry about making sure our backups were maintained in-house, which was a pretty stressful task for a small business with a limited IT budget. With SysCloud, it just works. Delete a file by mistake? You can go get it. Overall, it’s a great tool for small businesses that want to protect their data at an affordable price.

The only negative I can point to is that when a new Shared Drive is created, it doesn’t prompt us to choose whether we want it backed up. So if someone creates a Shared Drive and then forgets about SysCloud, there’s a risk it won’t be backed up. I understand this may be a security feature, so SysCloud can’t automatically see or access all of our Google infrastructure. Still, it would be helpful to at least receive a notification when a new Shared Drive is created.

It is very easy to find any archived backed up content for my Google Workspace. It gives me confidence that I can delete old users when I am no longer wanting to keep them archived as a user. It's super easy to integrate, all you do is enable it, nothing else.

The navigation on the dashboard takes some getting used to.

It allows me to delete the users from workspace, either I have to keep them as active users which is a seat fee, or even an archived user which is also at a fee. Long term it is wasteful spending, when SysCloud already is keeping a back up of the contents. If i really need access to them I can restore it.

SysCloud gives us real peace of mind by automatically backing up all our data in Google Workspace. The interface is simple and setup was fast, so I won't have to worry about losing files or meeting compliance requirements. Knowing that even deleted documents can be restored quickly is a huge relief.

The customer support team has been very responsive to questions I had.

The help desk section could be streamlined a little more. But after some digging, I found the answers I needed.

I love its ease of use, up and running in minutes.

Easy resrtores when needed

We love using SysCloud as our backup server for our Google data. Its come in handy when users can't find a document. The peace of mind knowing our information is backed up on a account that is not on my personal server is unmatched and its user interface is simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for any school district!

Syscloud is easy to use and provides a backup to Google Classroom which is a gap in Google admin console.

Exports are occasionally slow; however, Syscloud support has been amazing at providing assistance when issues arise.

Provides a full backup of our Google Workspace environment including Google Classroom. It really helps with staff off-boarding and on-boarding when shared files are not transferred correctly.

It is very easy to implement and use, and it juist does what it's suposed to do. The restores have always worked well when needed. We use the Google Workspace part and it's very granular and great integration.

Recently moved over to SysCloud from Backupify (Datto) - the interface is so easy to use - I was up and running in just a few minutes - very easy to find and restore files, look at backup history, etc - and I've got my whole domain backing up for about the same price I paid for just 25 users with Backupify! It is a superior service to Backupify in every way. Customer support is fantastic, and it was so easy to integrate with our G Suite.

I wish I had known about it sooner, learned about it on a listserv where people were complaining about Backupify and someone had discovered SysCloud and recommended it.
