The developers are constantly looking for feedback in order to make ongoing updates and improvements. They are very easy to get a hold of, and their enthusiasm for helping small facilities like mine is really palpable. There are a lot of features that we really haven't exploited yet but the document management system was such an asset during our last state inspection.

For now the model documents are really set up for just a few states in the Pacific Northwest, but this will increase over time as Synkwise spreads to more areas of the country. The system gives you the flexibility to customize everything and create your own forms, so this is really not a major inconvenience.

Keeping track of the multitude of resident, employee, and State documents in order to remian in compliance. The task manager also helps to ensure consistent care across all shifts and employees. We are also looking forward to the HIPAA-compliant faxing being released soon in the next update.

If you work with an adult family home, then this is a MUST! Stay compliant, serve your residents well, and simplify tasks for caregivers.

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. There is a way to build forms, which is great. I love that I can do my assessments in the program.

There isn't really anything I don't like about it. I would love it if they could develop a module specific to nurse delegators in Washington.

I am so thankful to have been introduced to Synkwise. I've been using it for my adult family home for approximately a year. I would not choose any other platform not only is the team extremely responsive to any of my questions, or suggestions, they actually put them into effect if appropriate. I haven't even begin to chip away at the plethora of benefits that Synkwise has and I still would recommend it 100% to all of my AFH colleagues.

I use Synwkise for the EHR for my AFH. It assists with business management, client records and employee records.

Synkwise is easy to use and has everything we need in one place. Support is Top Notch! We looked at various products, and many were not user-friendly. I can't say enough good things about this product!

I can't say there are any downsides. The only thing I am hoping for soon is scanning capabilities with our med system and employee scheduling, but I know those are in their plans!

Nothing. You can really tell the designers understand how an assisted living facility works and how to ease our biggest headaches.

The program sets up our medications right from the pharmacy which eliminates data entry errors. It also tracks all vital signs and ADL's so doctors have access to the latest data to provide the best treatments for our residents.
