I find Synder incredibly easy to use and set up, which means I don't have to worry about it. It keeps me from manually entering thousands of pieces of data into QuickBooks Online and helps retain accuracy. I also love the customer and technical support for when I have questions or issues, and it's great that I can handle most of it myself due to limited work hours and sys admin support. They made significant improvements a few years back that were a game-changer, making it pretty seamless now.

I like how Synder synchronizes on a per transaction basis, allowing us to split out transactions that are applicable for VAT. It effectively puts the submission of quarterly VAT returns on autopilot. The automation it provides for collecting records is a big time-saver, reducing tasks that would normally take hours. Also, while the initial setup involves a lot of configuration, the guides were very useful, making the process pretty easy.

I think when you first sign up, having a bank of credits to allow you to bring your transaction history up to date would be useful. We found that we've hit the limits quite quickly. And then we found the next level of pricing to be quite unreasonable.
