Symantec SASE Framework is definatly the backbone of the online business, it has almost every features that i need for my business. it has great customer support, with almost every features that need, its super easy to install and we can integrate it with almost every software through which i can increase my security.

it is the safest which make it a little bit slow and more complex to access even for the ower.

it helped me to secure my data with easy access to anywhere anytime which helped my team to work effectively. it also provided solution for complex data roblems and alwas server upp.

What I like best about the program is its intelligence in immediately blocking potential threats, ensuring that our system remains secure. While Symantec Secure Access Cloud has been highly effective in reinforcing security points and protecting our machines, there is room for improvement in the program's status reports. I would prefer more detailed and informative notifications regarding the applications and their vulnerabilities. This would help us further enhance the protection of our work environment.

Very easy to use, and the graphical user interface is very comfortable and easy to learn. This is having the best Zero Trust network access approach.

Sometimes the application behaves abnormally and randomly, and a push notification comes on the screen. Even you can not close the push notification as well.

I can protect my cloud application easily, and every 30 seconds login code is changed. So MFA applied very well to it.

It was easier to integrate and use than our other product we were using. It is great security for what you pay for and has been easy to deploy across to all end users.

The cost is a lot but it is worth what you pay for. We had so many headaches with Cisco Umbrella (DNS and SWG) this was a much better solution. We so far have no complaints about this product.

It has solved issues we had with our old product Cisco Umbrella. We have more visability into what is being blocked and it does not disrupt daily functions of users.

Symantec SWG provides best protection on network to our users, identifying and reporting features about the threats are awasome, overall it does what we expected.

Price is bit higher, apart from i dont have any negative feedbacks.

Symantec Secure web gateway is the best web gateway solution because it maximizes the amount of protection not only from threats from the web, also from things like linkedin, internal chat systems and external chat systems like slack.

The thing that sucks about Symantec Secure Web Gateway is that alot of the protection can be circumvented with a VPN and thus from a corporate perspective if you know what you're doing it doesn't provide its full protection.

It' a security solution for companies that have access points that are web based, and for companies that use alot of external resources like SLACK and other web interfaces more than internal systems.

The strength of Symantec Secure Web Gateway is flexibility, since it allows the centralization of perimeter, cloud or hybrid implementations, providing protection to the network and ensuring the secure use of the Internet by end users, this through filter implementation and navigation policies

As points that I did not like, but more generally, would be the latency, which is sometimes notorious for the end user, since the SWG is the intermediary between the user and the web.

Adding to the false positives, this can make the day-to-day life of the users in the organization a bit difficult.

In particular, the benefits of the SWG are the security that they give to the organization about its users and their correct use of the Internet, preventing users from accessing fraudulent sites that could lead to a cybersecurity incident in the company.
