What do you like best about Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange?
It is reliable, easy to install/manage/support. IT is able to support this across the entire company. It is also very easy to utilize from the end user perspective. For example: it does not require a lot of experience to run. Also, threat information is detailed so that problems can get solved.
What do you dislike about Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange?
At this time we do not have any complaints. Sometimes it will not run if other services are set to run at the same time.

I like that it runs in the back round quietly doing its job without drawing to many resources from my pc.

There honestly wasn't much that i disliked , unlike other security services when it comes to updates Symatec is quick easy and painless.

Great Exchange Server Mail security!
What do you like best about Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange?
I like how it is easy to use the program. I like how I can easily whitelist domains or specific email addresses. Setting up the policies is simple as well.
What do you dislike about Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange?
How you cannot search the event log, it is REALLY cumbersome to go through when you are looking for something specific.
What problems is Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for email security and as a spam filter. It has been a great addition to our company.

The product helps to protect against percent of incoming spam, and I am notified when system is against attack.

I dislike the fact that I am unsure if the system truly works, because when we didn't use this product I had no issue with spam.
